After my 2011 MacBook Pro “pooped-out” on me, MacHead came to my rescue. Mike was on-site within an hour, ran a few tests, tried a few different things, but was unsuccessful in fixing it (the issue/fix no longer supported by Apple). However, he saved the day by retaining ALL of my files – the hard drive was pulled and placed in a case, which I was able to access on a (backup) MiniMac – and my clients were none the wiser, with no delays in my work.
